Terms and Conditions

- The number of people occupying the property is limited to 2 adults plus 1 baby/child under 18 months of age, unless specifically agreed with ourselves. Please note we are a one bedroomed property with facilities to have a baby/young child in a travel cot (travel cot included in the stay).
- You must pay a £100 non-refundable in order to secure your booking. Please note, until this money is received the availability calendar will not be updated and the booking is not confirmed. We also require your booking information at this time, including a contact number and an email address.
- The balance is payable 4 weeks before the start of the arrival date. If a booking is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday the full rental amount will become immediately payable in order to secure the booking. Failure to pay the balance due will result in us treating the Property as available for re-booking. We will send only 1 reminder out prior to the 6 week deadline.
- Please notify us of any cancellation in writing. If a notice of cancellation is received between the dates of your deposit being received and the final payment being due then the deposit will be kept. If cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the holiday start (i.e. the whole rent has been paid) then the whole amount paid will be retained.
- On payment of the final balance we will send you a guest instructions pack which will include details of how the access the property. This information is strictly private and confidential between ourselves and the guest.
- Should the property, subsequent to booking, become unavailable through any cause, you must accept that our liability is limited to the amount of any rent paid.
- No pets are allowed.
- Strictly no smoking inside the property.
- You accept that the responsibility for personal property of guests occupying the accommodation is solely theirs. All vehicles are also left at the guests risk.
- Guests agree to absolve us of any responsibility for any accident or mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises or whilst engaged in any activity therein, or from any illness or injury arising from any causes whatsoever.
- You agree to use the property solely for its intended purpose as self-catering accommodation.
- Please respect that the property is a residential home and holiday let. It is a relaxing, quiet environment and we would ask that you respectfully ensure you do not cause any disturbance, annoying behaviour or stress for any other residents in Sneaton Hall. Causing a nuisance or disturbance to neighbours or other guests may end up in our request for you to leave the property.
- You must respect and look after your accommodation during your stay and you must leave the property clean and tidy, including using the correct waste bins. Please let us know of any damage or breakages so we can repair or replace them for the next guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage, breakages or additional cleaning costs. We also reserve the right to charge for any lost keys.
- You must allow us access to the property at any reasonable time during the period of the holiday.
- You must vacate the property by 10am at the latest on your day of departure unless special arrangements have been made us. This is to allow us to prepare the property for the next guests.
- Guest arrival time is from 3pm onwards unless special arrangements have been agreed by us in advance.
- On arrival we suggest you read the guest information pack within the apartment which contains information on the property, including guidance on how to work the immersion heater for hot water, radiators, electric blanket and other appliances.

- We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, so please refer back to them regularly/before your holiday.
